Benefits of becoming a Buccaneer Booster Club Member:
* Monthly meeting with special guest speakers
* Social Events with Players and Coaches
* Bi-monthly Buccaneer Booster Club newsletter
* Meet fellow Booster Club members

Here are a few events that the Buccaneer Booster Club has sponsored in the 2009-2010 season:
* Christmas party for Players, Coached, Staff, Housing Families and Booster Club Members.
Purchased Christmas gift for the Players and Coaches
* Brunch / Awards for Players, Coaches, Staff, Housing Families and Booster Club Members.
* Provided snack bags for long trips
* Sold player buttons and photos, scarves, koozies, Bucs grab bags and beads during home games
* Birthday night for the Players - Players and Coaches birthdays for the current month and half year birthdays were celebrated on the first Friday home game of the each month. Booster Club provided players with a $10 gift card to Quik Trip
* Hosted monthly dinners for the team
How we raised funds for the above activities:
* Membership Dues
* Donations
* 50 / 50 Split
* Sold buttons and pictures of the players, koozies, Christmas ornaments, Bucs grab bags and other items
* Raffled of fleece blankets
What we would like to do in the 2010 - 2011 season:
* All of the bulleted items from 2009 -2010 season
* Welcome party of the Players and Coaches
* Welcome gift for each Player
* Scholorship for Players
* Merchandise various Buccaneers items ( Koozies, booster club t-shirts / sweatshirts, mugs, etc)
* Monthly bus trip to an away game
* Have a guest speaker attend our montly meeting
* Fundraising
What we need from you as Des Moines Buccaneers fans:
* Your support by becoming a member of the Booster Club
* Volunteering for activities
* Donating food items for bus trips
