$1683.32 in checking account, $2389 in scholarship savings account.
There are 3 more scholarship nights remaining this season:
1/30, 2/19, 3/13
Would the organization be interested in donating tickets, a signed stick or any other autographed merchandise for the raffle give away?
We would also like to request that these dates be posted in BUCS notes and announced before and during the game so that raffle ticket purchasers are aware that it is scholarship night.
The Booster Club would like to hold another Schwan's fundraiser. I spoke with Scott Long and he mentioned there is a hockey tournament on February 20th and 21st at the BUCS arena. We would like to obtain permission to use the parking lot again during the following proposed hours:
Thursday, 2/18, 4-7 pm
Friday, 2/19, 8-6 pm
Saturday, 2/20, 8-5 pm
Sunday, 2/21, 8-3 pm
Is it possible to coordinate the Bowling tournament or have another TIPS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS event at Carlos O'Kelly's sometime before the end of the season?

At the meeting with John and Renee, we spoke about the Booster Club handling Kids Fest this year. We are willing to do this, is there a point of contact that we typically use for this?
Have there been any groups book through the arena that the Booster Club will be paid commission on?
Who will be issuing the check or the Scholarship Fund for the jersey that was auctioned off? When will that be issued?
A special thanks to the organization for the donation of the jersey for the jersey auction. Is it possible for the team to sign the jersey before we auction it next time? I do believe it will bring more money that way.
We reviewed a potential menu for the Spring Brunch on Sunday, March 28th. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheesy hash browns, french toast or cinnamon rolls, fruit, milk and juice. Merri is checking with Hy-Vee on the prices to cater in the eggs, meat and cheesy hash browns?
